The company’s has established the following platform(s) for management reviews, at intervals of one month review. These reviews ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the whole Quality System. The review includes evaluation of the need for changes to quality management system, including quality policy and quality objectives.
Review input (Clause 5.6.2 of ISO 9001:2000)
The management reviews include periodic review of current performance and improvement opportunities related to:
Results of Internal and External Audit reports;
Customer feedback;
Process performance and product conformance;
Status of preventive and corrective actions;
Follow-up actions from earlier management reviews;
Changes that could affect the quality management system.
Recommendations for Improvements
Review output (Clause 5.6.3 of ISO 9001:2000)
The outputs from management review include actions related to:
Improvement of quality management system and its processes;
Improvement of product related to customer requirements;
Resource needs.
Results of management reviews are recorded.
