Top management has appointed the Plant Manager as the Quality Management Representative (MR) who, irrespective of other responsibilities, has defined responsibility and authority for the Quality Management System, which includes:
Ensuring that processes of the quality management system are established and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000;
Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system, including needs for improvement;
Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system.
